Gaming
I play tabletop role-playing games. My main interest lies in d20, but I have also played Deadlands, Changeling, BESM, Tales from the Floating Vagabond, Paranoia, In Nomine, and probably others.
The subsections include information about specific campaigns, house rules, quotes and tournaments in which I've been involved.
Deus Ultionis
Deus Ultionis is the sequel to Pax Artificium, set in the year 2299, using the d20 Future expansion to the d20 Modern rules, along with a healthy dose of Dragonstar. It ran from September 2005 through June 2006.
Pax Artificium
Pax Artificium is a d20 Modern campaign I ran from June 2003 through August 2004, set in 2033-2034. The site catalogs tons of information about past sessions, as well as important characters.
Gencon
I have written a little app to help browse the Gencon events. You can find it in the Software section [but it has not been updated for this year, sorry]. Here are some other useful Gencon links:
Character Sheet
Ever wonder what your character sheet would be if you were a d20 character? According to the D&D Ability Score Quiz, my stats are:
- Str 14
- Dex 18
- Con 13
- Int 17 (17/17)
- Wis 14
- Cha 12
The D&D Character Quiz classifies me as a neutral half-elf wizard, though I am bordering on lawful good halfling bard:
- Race:
- Human: 20
- Elf: 21.3
- Dwarf: 15.8
- Halfling: 19.1
- Gnome: 18.2
- Half-Orc: -38.2
- Class:
- Barbarian: -50
- Bard: 39.2
- Cleric: 16.9
- Druid: 8.9
- Fighter: -4.8
- Monk: -7.5
- Paladin: -33.3
- Ranger: -25
- Rogue: 4.5
- Sorcerer: 22.8
- Wizard: 43.3
- Alignment:
- Lawful: 39.3
- Neutral: 43.5
- Chaotic: 27
- Good: 41.4
- Neutral: 48
- Evil: 0
Similarly, the OKCupid! Alignment Test claims that I am Lawful-Neutral (60% good, 20% chaotic). "Lawful neutral combines reliability and honor, without moral bias."
Lastly, the OKCupid! RPG Class Test claims that I could be a Spellsword:
| Spellsword 51% Combativeness, 26% Sneakiness, 82% Intellect, 11% Spirituality |
| Aggressive, but with the brains to back it up: You are a Spellsword! Score! You have a prestige class. A prestige class can only be taken after you've fulfilled certain requirements. This may mean that you're an exceptionally talented person, but it probably doesn't. Spellswords combine arcane might with combat know-how. They're much tougher than mages, like to wear armor, and can cast spells through their weapons. They're very, very, good at doing lots of damage to a single target very quickly, and while not quite as tough as most fighters, are still pretty hard to kill. You're both smart and aggressive, which means that you're probably pretty dangerous when pissed off. You also tend to be somewhat straightforward, which is nice, and don't have much use for spirituality or mysticism. |
